Strive started from a personal observation. As someone who has worked with multiple coaches, I noticed a stark difference in client experience depending on how well a coach's systems were set up. The coaches with clean, reliable processes retained more clients, delivered better experiences and felt in control of their business. The ones without were drowning in admin and losing clients they should have kept.
I built Strive to fix that and to do it without charging the inflated prices you see from the typical business guru. Real value, at a price that makes sense.
Before Strive, I worked with tier one investment banks in project management, specifically focused on risk. That background shapes everything I do here: identifying where things can break, building systems that don't, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
